All About that Grape Wine Dinner – feat. Grenache!


Join us for our monthly wine dinner series with each dinner featuring a specific grape. It’s a chance to explore the difference place, winemaking and pairing make on a grape!  Our inaugural dinner will feature our friend – Grenache! It may be the least known grape making some of the world’s most famous wines (Chatêauneuf-du-Pape, anyone?). Tickets are $165 (includes tax and gratuity) and include a five course dinner paired with 5 wines.

FIRST COURSE: Whipped Ricotta Crostini Acorn squash, hazelnuts, Rosemary, brown butter

WINE PAIRING: Domaine de Vieux Lazaret Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc (Rhône, France)

SECOND COURSE: Wild Mushroom BisqueCrispy Hen of the woods, porcini broth, espelette pepper

WINE PAIRING: Comando G La Bruja de Rozas (Castilla y Leon, Spain)

THIRD COURSE: Celery Root GnocchiLamb sausage, charred broccoli rabe, pomodoro

WINE PAIRING: Mas Doix Salanques (Priorat, Spain)

FOURTH COURSE: Guanciale Wrapped Pork Tenderloin Seared brussels, sweet potato galette, bosc pear mostarda

WINE PAIRING: Domaine Janasse Chateauneuf du Pape (Rhône, France)

FIFTH COURSE: Piemonte CrucoloChili fig jam, apple blossom honey.

WINE PAIRING: Railsback Frères Red Wine of Santa Ynez Valley (Santa Barbara, CA)
